Mares sell in foal to listed stallion.  Foals belong to the buyer if the
transfer papers are completed through the AQHA before the foal is born.
Transfer papers are sent in once complete payment is made.
If transfers are not completed on the mare prior to birth of the faol, Mahlstedt Ranch, Inc.
retains ownership of the foal and the foal sells separately.
