This mare is our black beauty. Gorgeous wide set eyes, feminine detailing with strong muscling, a floating stride, and a smart, sweet personality. We had high hopes for this filly who was George's favorite from the day she was born to a great producing mare. We took Rain to 2 local shows when she was a yearling. She placed well in halter and in yearling trail her first time to town. She was the top young mare at the Dawson County Fair and Reserve Grand Champion Overall mare. The judge commented on how much he liked how she travels. We get continual compliments. Her foals are really nice. One daughter is in our mare band.
