Blue
is a really friendly guy who meets you at the gate. We can just
saddle him and ride off. He is the type of gelding that wants
to be your friend. Conformationally, Blue is picture perfect and
has straight feet and legs and a pretty head with a big soft eye. Smooth traveling and sturdily built
and sure-footed with good
hard feet that rarely need to be trimmed, Blue is the ideal horse
for someone looking for a ranch or trail horse. Blue has had a little roping done off him at branding, been on trail
rides, been hobbled & picketed, and had children around him and on him. He has also been ridden
in a parade right by a bunch of
noisy dirt bikes and behaved perfectly. Blue has a smooth stride
and picks up the asked for lead. He can cover the miles
easily for a day's work. He has shown the most interest in
pleasure and trail work. Our 12 year old daughter used him in advanced
4-H horsemanship this year and brought home lots of ribbons. $6000 firm. |
