Fancy lives up to her name.  She is so stylish with her golden buckskin coloring.  There is no doubt that she is smart and quick!  Spirit is proving that he can really produce outstanding foals with good hips and withers and straight black feet and legs.  We expect great things from this filly.  She severely cut her foot as a two year old at pasture so we will see in time whether she will be sound to perform or only broodmare sound.  We started Fancy under saddle in March of 2011 and what a delight!  She gentled right down, never thought of bucking, did whatever we asked, and was great fun to be around.  She was kicked or something and under great pain that we didn't realize right away and was so good and cooperative to us - it was just unbelievable.  She will stay on the ranch as a broodmare.
