50% down will retain a foal until weaning.  All risk and liability with the foal becomes yours.
The balance is due then when you pick up your foal.
We usually halter break about Labor Day weekend.  You have the option of us halter breaking your
foal, you come train your foal with us, or we leave the foal for you to train at home.
